1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

• Not share, sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access your account credentials or use your account.

pt789 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or any behavior that jeopardizes the integrity of our platform.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, pt789 requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must submit the following documents within 72 hours of your first deposit or upon request by our security team:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing all four corners of the document. The document must be valid (not expired) and must match the name and date of birth provided during registration.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face. Both your face and the identity document details must be clearly visible in the photograph.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified KYC documents.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB on weekdays, 10:00-18:00 WIB on weekends). Requests submitted outside these hours may be processed on the next business day.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification and must have wagered at least 1x (one times) your total deposit amount to prevent money laundering activities.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain bank transfer systems), you may be required to verify an alternative withdrawal method.
• pt789 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any bonus funds remaining in your Bonus Balance will be forfeited when you request a withdrawal, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pt789 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which must be read and accepted before claiming. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) and specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal behavior.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
• Creating duplicate accounts or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months or more).

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to you (subject to completion of KYC verification and any anti-fraud investigations). However, Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited if the account is closed due to violation of terms.
